There are no per-module fees.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

Yes. The minimum billing quantity is 50 seats. Organisations with fewer active employees are billed at the 50-seat floor. If your headcount exceeds 50, you are billed for actual active employees each month.

Does the price include GST?

Accepted Answer

No — 18% GST is applicable and added on top of the per-employee subscription price. Your tax invoice is a fully self-contained snapshot that freezes the GST amount, seat count, and StaffSyncHR GSTIN at the time of issuance — it never changes retroactively.

Is there a free trial?

What billing cycles are available?

Accepted Answer

You can choose Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annual billing. Annual billing saves 20% (₹80/employee/month billed annually vs ₹100/month billed monthly). Enterprise customers can negotiate custom contract terms.

How does document storage billing work?

10 GB of document storage is included in the base plan. This covers employee KYC documents, payslips, HR letters, and FnF settlement slips. Storage usage beyond 10 GB is billed at an additional per-GB rate. Enterprise contracts can negotiate custom storage tiers.

How do I pay — is there an online payment option?

Payment is currently accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque. You submit your UTR or payment receipt through the billing portal, and our team verifies and marks your invoice as paid. Automated online payment gateway integration is on our roadmap.

What happens if payment is delayed?

Accepted Answer

If an invoice is not paid by the due date, the account enters a 7-day grace period during which full access is maintained. If payment is not received within the grace period, the subscription moves to suspended state. Your data is retained and reinstated immediately upon payment.

When does Enterprise pricing apply?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise pricing is recommended for organisations with 500 or more employees. Enterprise plans include multi-legal-entity support, negotiated seat rates, custom contract terms, a dedicated account manager, and priority implementation support. Contact our sales team to get a custom quote.

Is StaffSyncHR built for Indian payroll and compliance?

Yes. PF (with VPF and employer/employee split), ESI (with IP period tracking), Professional Tax (state-specific slabs), Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity (5-year rule), NPS, and TDS under both Old and New Tax Regimes are natively computed — not bolt-ons. The payroll engine runs in ₹ with complete Indian statutory workflows built in.

Can employees check in from the field or while working remotely?

Yes. Attendance supports biometric devices (ZKTeco, ESSL, Suprema, Hikvision via on-premise agent), GPS-geofenced mobile web punches with distance validation, and web punches from any browser. Office, field, factory floor, and remote teams are all covered in a single system.

Is my data secure and isolated from other customers?

Yes. Each organisation operates in a fully isolated tenant. Access is controlled by granular role-based permissions. Every sensitive change — salary revisions, payroll locks, permission changes — is recorded in append-only audit logs with user ID, timestamp, and IP address. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
